The Cloud Performance Reports are based on our independent study of different cloud providers using our CloudSpecs Performance System, which leverages open-source performance tests to measure and compare the server performance between and among different cloud providers. Tests include general, overall-performance tests, as well as low-level CPU, disk, and internal network tests, to gain a better understanding of the performance bottlenecks of different providers.
